A3 printing and extra text box

by Judith Chancellor @, Norfolk UK, Thursday, March 05, 2009, 20:45 (3181 days ago)

I am very pleased with my new software but have 2 queries

Firstly can I make A3 calendars>
I only have an A4 printer installed on my computer so the paper size options are resricted to sizes less than A4 but I want to get my calendars printed elsewhere and I would like to make them bigger than A4.

Secondly, is it possible to make extra text added onto the one line allowed beneath the picture>
Whenever I try to add extra text the box appears in places that I dont really want there to be text

Thanks

2 Ways to do this:

1. Download and install cutePDF (free).
This is a pseudo printer that prints to a PDF file.
You can then select and print to A3 on cutePDF

2. Install the printer driver for any of the inbuilt Windows printers that support A3 (you do not have to have that printer physically present).
Select A3 paper size on that printer but then use "Print PDF" to print to a PDF file.

Either way the resulting PDF file can be taken elsewhere for printing

"Extra Text" can be repositioned by selecting and dragging the block

Hope this helps
