Nextpatientplease popups

by Doug Maines @, Wednesday, April 30, 2008, 15:29 (3493 days ago) @ support

We just purchased the NextPatientSoftware and installed it. Is there anyway to keep the reception part of it from popping up> Maybe keep in running minimized till they are ready to send in another patient and then open it up and see what room is available>

What happens is that they are typing in other programs and it pops up and messes up what they are working on at the moment. Maybe have it flash in the minimized state.

Hi Doug,

This is not currently an option.

You can, however, uncheck "Show Full Screen when cal received" and resize/reposition the NextPatientPlease Reception window. It will then pop up to that size and position when a call is received.
