image size for A3 and A4 and more

Hello again

I continue to find your software very good
but have some more queries please
1. Does the A3 calendar print on both sides of paper i.e does it use 6 sheets of paper or 12 - is there anyway of knowing from the calendar creation wizard whether the calendar prints on both sides of paper?
2. What is the optimum or should I say maximum image size for A4 and A3 calendar size images. I know the calendar programme sizes the image to fit the template but I would like to photoshop images and size them before importing them onto templates.
3. On the A3 calendar the text from some of the days e.g 2nd sunday in lent overlaps onto the photo image will this be how the calendar prints if so do I need to reduce the font size on the day inserts or remove the text completely
