You cannot change paper type from within Simply Calenders. [It is possible to print/export to PDF and print from Adobe Acrobat]

You can easily copy page and paste into Photoshop. You can also export individual pages to TIF files or export whole calendar to a multipage tif file.

Yes. Just tick/untick required pages on Print Dialog
