Your email address does appear to be correctly entered in that it is consistent between separate email contacts. It is also the same as that in your "signature"

: On the 9th December I requested a licence key for the free upgrade from V3 to V4 as advertised on your website. So far, despite monitoring my ISP's spam folder I do not seem to have received a reply. I would appreciate a licence for this wonderful program and look forward to hearing from you soon.
