emails were sent to you on 9 & 27 December and again today. We have received emails from you (and replied) on each of those dates.

If you do not get email from us today, please add our support email address to your whitelist and addressbook
or email us with an altenative email address (if you have one).

: On the 9th December I requested a licence key for the free upgrade from V3 to V4 as advertised on your website. So far, despite monitoring my ISP's spam folder I do not seem to have received a reply. I would appreciate a licence for this wonderful program and look forward to hearing from you soon.
