Printing calendar as booklet

In order to print a calendar created with Simply Calenders (template 15) I have found it necessary to export as pdf and then print using a print utility which enables printing multi-page documents as booklets.
Unfortunately the exported document does not include the back page of thumbnails, resulting in the last three pages being blank. Is there a way around this problem please?
This is the third year I have been using Simply Calenders and I still enjoy the ease of use of the programme.
