If your printer will allow it, the easiest way to produce a CD Jewel Case calendar is to create a custom paper size that is 12 x 12.5 cm (or as near as you can get).
This is usually done by editing "custom" paper size through properties for that printer in Printers Folder (Control Panel).
When you select this custom paper size, any of the calendar templates will adjust to fit. Default margins should be reduced. Some templates work better than others. Template 9 works quite nicely with a picture.

: We love the product and have enjoyed creating many calendars. We would like to branch out and create CD case calendars. We are struggling, we have tried the large print template as mentioned in another persons question but are having difficulty getting the margins and sizes set just right. We want it to contain a photo. Has anyone been doing these calendars? Any easy hints? Thanks in advance for any help.
