How can I bind the finished calendar?

From simplest and cheapest:
1. Treasury Tags and 2 punched holes
2. Staples with decorative adhesive tape covering
3. Plastic V binding strips
4. Comb Binding
5. Wire Binding
6. Wire Binding with hanger/cutout

Only options 5 and 6 give a a true foldover calendar but calendar binding equipment is not cheap
- however some stationary stores will do professional binding for a small charge
